Light Heart

The term "light hearted" originates from Egypt. The Egyptian God Maat was the judge of the dead. He would place the heart of the deceased on a scale and weight it against the weight of a feather. If the feather was heavier than the heart, you were allowed entrance to Aaru where Osiris lives. It was thought that doing evil things made the heart heavy, as if regrets have mass.
